Shadow Strays is basically a non-stop action ride
Plot
Codename 13, a 17-year-old assassin suspended for a botched mission in Japan. He meets 11-year-old Monji, who loses his mother and sets out to save her.
The action is brutal, but very well done, with smooth choreography and plenty of tension
Right from the start, it’s full of intense fight scenes and wild fight moments that keep coming at you. The story follows a young 13-year-old female assassin who finds herself in a dangerous situation, and as you might expect, things quickly spiral out of control.
The plot itself isn’t too complicated, but it gets a little confusing as things escalate
Aurora Ribero, playing the 13-year-old, does a great job of balancing her character’s toughness with some emotional depth that makes the film even more appealing. That said, if you like movies about fast and furious action, you’ll love this one.
This is the kind of movie where you don’t have much time to catch your breath, so go for it!
There’s no need to waste time scrolling endlessly—there are tons of new movies and TV shows available to stream on Netflix this month.
