In a mysterious and surreal zone somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of several characters are intertwined in a surprising and mysterious way. Schoolchildren Negin and Nazgol find a sum of money frozen in the winter ice and ask to buy it back. Meanwhile, Massoud leads a group of increasingly confused tourists around Winnipeg’s monuments and historic sites. Matthew leaves his pointless job at a government agency in Quebec and embarks on a mysterious journey to visit his mother. Space, time and personal identities disappear, intertwine and resonate, creating a surreal comedy of delusion.
